Orders must be placed by 3pm (GMT) to be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders made after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery on the next working day.

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@intruthjewellery.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. Please be aware that you’ll be responsible for all postage costs. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refunds

Stainless steel is a metal alloy consisting mainly of iron, chromium, nickel, and various other elements. Renowned for its resistance to corrosion, robustness, and lasting quality plus its ability to withstand rust and staining.
18K Gold Plating:
Gold plating is a process in which a thin layer of gold is deposited onto the stainless steel surface.
It offers a luxurious look and feel at affordable prices while also being hypoallergenic and water-resistant. This ensures that our jewellery is not only stylish but also safe for sensitive skin.
Our jewellery is perfectly suitable for regular wear, but we advise against wearing them consistantly while bathing or swimming, as prolonged exposure to water may affect their overall condition.
Here are some tips for protecting your stainless steel jewellery:
1. Avoid contact with chemical alkaline substances when wearing stainless steel jewellery, as they may cause oxidation.
2. Take care to prevent strong collisions and friction with the surface of your stainless steel jewellery, especially for highly polished surfaces. Use a soft, non-shedding cloth to clean the jewellery. For brushed or satin finishes, clean along the grain to avoid scratching the polished surface.
3. To remove dust from stainless steel jewellery, you can wash it with soap or warm water.
4. If your stainless steel jewellery becomes contaminated with grease, oil, or lubricants, use a cloth to clean it. You can then use a neutral detergent, or specialised cleaning agent for further cleaning.
5. If bleach or various acids come into contact with the polished surface of your stainless steel jewellery, rinse it immediately with water. Afterwards, you can soak it in an neutral carbonated soda solution, followed by washing with a neutral detergent or warm water.
6. It is not recommended to wear stainless steel jewellery with 18k gold plating while bathing, as prolonged exposure to water may cause the plating to fade.
